I got discharged shortly after I started because I missed two appointments in a row, except that I did not. The day of the first of these appointments, I realized I had booked a doctor's appointment at the same time as my appointment at ATI. When I realized this, I called into their call center that day to cancel. Now normally, you're supposed to call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment, otherwise it's astrike.
