Physical trainer Marge Taylor "PHD" is definitely a game changer at your Aiken SC facility. She has not only gone out of her way to explain in detail the physical aspect of my injury, but seems to take a personal interest in everything I do to recover from my injury, and definitely has a plan to get me there. I got discharged shortly after I started because I missed two appointments in a row, except that I did not. The day of the first of these appointments, I realized I had booked a doctor's appointment at the same time as my appointment at ATI. When I realized this, I called into their call center that day to cancel. Now normally, you're supposed to call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment, otherwise it's astrike. The PT treatment I received at ATI Summerlin was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The facility is very clean with all the modern equipment for PT and everyone is friendly and helpful. Rita at the front desk is exceptional in greeting patients cheerfully making them feel welcomed and at ease. The physical therapists and assistants are all very professional, attentive and caring.
