Highly professional, welcoming and competent staff and practitioner. My experiences have all been extremely positive!
Most of the therapists appeared to be uninterested in helping patients very brash. From my observation the staff displayed inattentiveness while dealing with patients. My therapist lacked compassion, displayed horrible bedside manners. Having effective communicative skills was definitely not my therapist strong point’s. Having a dismissive and condescending tone while being a physical therapist diminishes the patients experience and dignity.
