I like one person stays with you thru the whole therapy! Not tell me go do the program and I will check in and you have no idea if you are doing it correct or if you have find enough! I appreciate the one in kind attention!Â
1. Positive staff attitude – The staff were always polite, friendly, and respectful. 2. Poor time management – I often had to wait between exercises while staff were busy talking or attending other things. 3. Lack of continuity – During my first two visits, one person guided me, but from the third visit onward, three different staff members came in, each just showing one exercise.
