I cannot say enough great things about ATI. I just finished my 12-weeks today and I just love it so much. The people are amazing and they really make the atmosphere fun. They definitely know what they are talking about and I can say I am already feeling stronger. My 3 favorite therapists at the Elgin, IL location are Mark, Christy, and Maria. Highly recommend ATI!!
I've worked with the team at the Elgin (South), IL location multiple times, this time around, it was over about a 5-month period of time. While I was there, I worked with most of the team and had a great experience with all of them. Dan, Suzette and Maria were all great, always checking in on how you were feeling, adjusting as needed and pushing you when you could do more. I've been a patient at this location for a few years now, coming in for neck and shoulder pain caused by all those long hours hunched over a computer. The staff at ATI are incredible at finding the best therapists, and everyone I've worked with has been friendly, supportive, and made me feel right at home. I have physical therapy at least two dozen times in my life. This place is the best I've ever been to or seen. They're amazingly knowledgeable. All staff are kind, friendly, polite, and respectful to all who enter their doors. In most places you go, you find a therapist. Or 2 if you're lucky that you like. But at this place, every one of them talk to every patient, regardless of what's going on. Everyone's goal is healing in a welcoming, positive environment. A++++++
Omg I have been over32 visits because I was involved in a semi truck accident .Had surgery on my lower Back. wasn't able to stand.Due to the ATI team I'm on my last day..love you guys..
