The world famous exercise instructor Jack Lalanne once said “I HATE to work out…but I like the results.. so I do it!” Well, the spirited and extremely talented instructors at Cedar Park ATI with their enthusiasm, their skill and their great sense of humor actually make exercising fun. And my instructor, Amy is one of their best. Thank you Amy!
Still in the process of therapy but so far everything has been great, trainers, staff, everyone has been wonderful to work with and very motivating.
