My physical therapist, Melissa is absolutely great. She correctly diagnose my problem knowing that it isn’t my knees. It’s my lower back and even though I don’t have pain in my lower back that has been causing the problems in my knees. I feel like I’m on one of the best programs I’ve ever been on.
