everyone there is nice and professional
ATI-Mequon has a great vibe! The Team there, Dan, Jess and Jenn, is welcoming, with true open arms and hearts; top level PT and rehabilitation knowledge and care. Support is given for mind and body, crucial for recovery. I am 7 weeks post-op Patellofemoral Arthroplasty. Full recovery is a long way off for me, still, but I don’t dread having to go to PT because of the great community spirit at ATI-Mequon. God bless you all and thank you Team ATI-Mequon!
The staff is amazing, there all very professional, kind and courteous, and they listen. ATI is making me feel so much better. I highly recommend ATI to all my friends and family.
I requested in person 3 weeks ago my medical records, I was told by Janet that she would get it together for me. The following week I followed up with Zack who further questioned me about what I wanted, what it was for, just to make sure that he got it through the right channels. Nothing, I follow up again this week, and now I'm being told that nobody even requested my records, that I have to request him a whole another way. You can advocate all you want, and they refused to listen to you. They feel like because their title says who they are, that they have the right to Trump over what you're telling them your body says is going on. I've asked for my records for almost 3 weeks now, and every time I ask for them I've given a reason why they can't be produced.
