Staff is great. A lot of folks there seemed to be having a positive experience including me.
I recently finished going to this location for about 3 months of regular PT for a work injury. I had never undergone PT before so I had no idea what to expect, but the staff was all incredibly friendly and respectful, making a difficult time in my life easier with their kindness and support. The location is clean and spacious. They were always flexible when I needed to reschedule appointments sometimes last minute. Elizabeth and the whole team were instrumental in getting me through my ankle surgery recovery. They are very knowledgeable, detailed and professional in providing care. I would not be able to recover without their support and I am very grateful for their assistance. The whole team has a wonderful demeanor and it was a pleasure to attend the PT sessions. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
I just finished my 12 PT sessions with this group. I had very bad lower back pain. Could not do everyday chores. I was in so much pain. I am back to doing my chores, enjoying walks and have confidence to be able to lift things again. Staff is friendly and know their profession. Large room with all the equipment you need. I can rave about John, AB, and Alex. I wish I could remember the other staff names that helped me because they all need to be recognized. Thank you for helping me be my best self.
Physical therapy is a real challenge for my worn out body! The therapists there are to teach you and work with you, which they do. The room is open and congenial. Lots of equipment.
