Therapists and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and equipment are clean.
ATI in Amherst is awesome. Very professional and personable therapists, knowledgeable and encouraging. I recovered in a few weeks from a torn meniscus under their guidance. It's fun to go there and they know their stuff. A special thank you to Eric who worked with me most of the time I was in therapy. I graduated and I can again do all the things I love to do, especially hiking. Great people to work with and yes, they are a team.
I was about ten minutes late and pulling into their parking lot. It seemed OK. Then everything suddenly changed and I had to be rescheduled for some bullshit excuse. Then one of the staff has the nerve to ask me to sit there and fill out paperwork? Excuse me? You dont have time for me then I dont have time for you!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!
Just finished the PT I needed for my jaw and I can say that ATI is great! I primarily worked with Liz and Eric but every staff member is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The space is clean and well maintained, and the staff really cared about your progress. The therapists made physical therapy something I actually looked forward to. Highly recommend!
