Three months ago I broke and dislocated my ankle. Today, I hiked over rocks, boulders, logs and went up/down steep hills for 6.7 miles. That’s a pretty satisfying thing for me to say I did. Thank you so much to the Elsmere crew for their hard work and dedication to helping me!!
