ATI Physical Therapy Niles is one of The Best Therapy facilities I have gone too. I have been a client there for 4yrs on numerous occasions. The professionalism, compassion and the expertise of everyone there is beyond compare.Rob (the manager),Riddthe,(sp) Ray, and Jill,OSS are to be commended for their commitment to the healing and well being of their clients. Thank you guys for your patience and always being able to make my conditions better.
Riddhi, Jill, and Ray are the best!! Professional, fun, and personable. They make it fun to come to PT, and they give you appropriate stretches and exercises for your individual needs. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this ATI location.
The facility is different than I had imagined in that there are no separate, private rooms for any therapies such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc. It is just one relatively small room and they’re not particularly well designed or well stocked. Also, My therapist didn’t seem to be particularly concerned with providing me with the modalities that seem to be helping me, which primarily is electrical stimulation.
