My wife went there for physical therapy. They said it would cost $30 per week. They never told us it was actually billing $40 or so per week, though we asked numerous times because the insurance company was sending us overage. She finished the 12 weeks, only to get $138 overage bill. We disputed and Sports Plus wasn't interested in honoring anything they said. BEFORE I WENT TO ATI I WAS IN PAIN FOR 3 MONTHS IN BOTH HANDS AT WORK MY HANDS WERE HURTING 12 HRS AT WORK AND AT HOME MY HANDS HURT SO BAD I COULDNT SLEEP MY PAIN LEVEL WAS A FULL 10 TEARS IN MY EYES ALL DAY & NIGHT BUT IN JUST 3 DAYS AT ATI HAND THERAPY THEY MADE BRACES FOR MY HANDS SO I CAN CONTINUE TO WORK I AM NOW A 3 ON THE PAIN LEVEL THE BRACES HELP ME SO I CAN CONTINUE TO WORK AND THE BEST PART IS I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT PAIN FREE 1ST TIME IN 3 MONTHS ATI IS AWESOME !!!!!!!!
How do I even review this establishment when I never set foot in the door? After calling and giving them all of my insurance info and getting the order from the surgeon's office and exchanging voice-mails and waiting for call backs for FIVE DAYS, I still have yet even to be able to make an appointment. I explained to the Dyer facility that I needed transportation from Crete, they took it upon themselves to have Matteson call me... I did not want the Matteson facility. Staff is always friendly. They work great as a team. Place is alwys clean.
This IS the place to go for PT. I have had three total knee operations and both shoulders and now we are working on a seven leval back fusion. I WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE, PERIOD. I go to the best not the rest. Sports Plus is the BEST.
I have had physical therapy at two other places. I feel I have had better results with ATI than the others and with less pain.
I just recently started seeing Rachel in Columbus and she is awesome and everyone cares about you.
If you need therapy, this is the place to go. You get great results in a very nice environment, working with the greatest people. I highly recommend Body Werks!
