Professional care and good humor.Â
The sessions I've spent with ATI Physical Therapy have literally changed my life! I found it hard to get around, and was using a walker some of the time. Thanks to the effort and teaching received at ATI I worked outside for half an hour trimming, and hauling off branches of 3 butterfly bushes, and it felt wonderful. I am 88 years young, and am so grateful for my PT Team.....Â
I did not have to wait long to get my evaluation. The physical therapy introduce her self to me and asked what I expected to accomplish and assured me that she would help me to get better. The environment has always been clean and Covid-19 free and always encourage to wear a mask during physical therapy treatment. Every thing is germ free wearing gloves and cleaning equipment for next client and ready to assist client with their appointments on arrival. Good greetings every time you come in for physical therapy. I highly rec... read more
I was attending the above ATI for a knee issue. While doing an exercise, my knee didn't buckle but I had a sudden sharp pain. I said omg, my knee. The therapist working with me told me to continue the exercise. I questioned the decision but continued. I left that night practically crawling out of the facility. My knee was in so much pain, I had to take the next day off of work. The staff overall was great !!! The therapist, in my opinion, should have assessed my knee before telling me to continue on. The manager never follow... read more
Last year I hit a deer on my motorcycle. Two months after the accident I quickly began to lose the ability to use my left leg. I had a completely torn PCL, and chose not to have surgical repair because I didn’t have insurance, I was also losing ability to climb my ladder- I’m a home inspector by trade and climbing ladders is a key part of my job. I wasn’t able to run, I wasn’t able to jump, and I had knee pain doing anything more than brisk walking. I was terrified that this was just how it was going to be forever. I came in... read more
I can't say enough good things about the staff at ATI Physical Therapy. Michelle, Lexi, and Karissa were always happy, friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The therapists were exceptionally knowledgable, very thorough in their intake upon my first visit, and adapted to my needs as my issues changed or resolved throughout my sessions. The app that ATI has makes doing your at-home exercises so easy, and since they're on my phone, I can remember them easily and have access to them wherever I go. The facility was very clean, w... read more

As you enter you are greeted my Maria and she is warm and makes you feel comfortable then the staff works together to help you Mark is in charge but they all work well together Kyle, Kelly and Dave are great.Â
If i was not mad at all, when I was seen here, I was mad about how much fun I had! I had training on my muscles and how much I had.Â
I made the mistake of thinking that Carol Glenn's' ATI Physical Therapy in South Lyon MI was a safe, healthy, caring place to get treatment - I was wrong. IMHO Please, don't make my mistake and Don't go there.Â
