I can’t explain how much I enjoyed my experience. There are a variety of workouts that are specifically tailored to my issues. The environment is clean and the staff were encouraging. The major concern was that I didn’t overdo or cause myself additional pain. Staff was polite and professional yet very friendly. Each routine was explained and modeled.
