Great rehabilitation skills and bed side manner to provide exceptional and caring physical therapy to their patients. By the time you are done with your session, you have done work on yourself with friends.
ATI has been a great experience for my shoulder physical therapy. In the past, other places felt more like a quick assessment and sending me on my way with exercises, without much focus on long-term recovery. That wasn’t the case here. This is my second experience with ATI at the Dundee location. The first was a knee replacement and the. latest was a back/hip issue. In both cases, the end results were excellent. The team, led by Brock, all did an excellent job of assisting in the back/hip exercises , communicating the purpose, following up on your progress and making the experience pleasant and rewarding. i would highly recommend and thanks to the team.
I’ve completed a few visits so far at the Dundee location, and I appreciate the staff, atmosphere, and impact it’s had on my pain and overall health. Staff have a calm demeanor and show knowledge and understanding of what they are doing. They explain it well and ensure you understand everything. They welcome questions and provide reassurance. They have a great dynamic with each other. This is my first experience with PT and it’s been great, I actually look forward to going.
People are very nice and very helpful. A great atmosphere. A good team of people. I highly recommended it.
