I’ve had multiple surgeries and each time I’ve done my physical therapy at the ATI Dyer, Indiana location. I’ve never had a bad experience there, ever. Roland, Kristin, Sara, Kate and the entire staff a truly amazing professionals that push you to achieve your personal best, all the while maintaining a high level of excellence and a sincere bedside manner. I would, and have, recommend the ATI Dyer, Indiana location to anyone in need of physical therapy. They’ll have you fully functional in no time. Great people!!!!!
How do I even review this establishment when I never set foot in the door? After calling and giving them all of my insurance info and getting the order from the surgeon's office and exchanging voice-mails and waiting for call backs for FIVE DAYS, I still have yet even to be able to make an appointment. I explained to the Dyer facility that I needed transportation from Crete, they took it upon themselves to have Matteson call me... I did not want the Matteson facility. It was the worst PT I ever went to. After I canceled the rest of my appointments they reported the lie that I missed several appointments.
