Worst PT experience ever! I worked in PT as an exercise physiologist for years. I went to ATI due to TMJ pain. The therapist gave me an exercise to do 10x an hour which is excessive. My pain went from a 2 (which took me weeks to achieve) to an 8. She then blamed me for being too aggressive with the exercise. I did it exactly as shown and described and as often as she said to do it. I told her i was not going to do it anymore. She was then snarky with me and I left.
