ATI PT took a ling time on phone trying to get set up with my insurance then they sent another link for online questiins which I filled out. Appointment was booked over phone. Because I never called them back to confirm my appointment, I texted them I was coming .. when I showed ip on time the man at fromt told me Id have to re-schedule. We’ve never had to call back our Drs, Hair stylists or anybody , they send reminder texts or to type in C for confirm. Easy peasy but not this place ATI. Had an MPFL knee surgery 7 months ago and was very fearful when it came to recovery. Thanks to Brandon, I have just finished my last session. I never thought I would be walking this well, let alone running. The whole team was great!
This place lied to me and ripped me off. I'll continue to write bad reviews until this place reimburses my money. Their office in Tacoma ripped me off hundreds of dollars and won't even return my phone call, what a joke place full of clowns. Late stage capitalism health care at its finest. What a joke Terrible place, bad service full of liars.
Brandon Tandecki is an awesome physical therapist!!! When I fell on my knee 5 months ago I didn't think it would ever be normal again. With Brandon's help it's almost there. I cannot thank him enough. Nancy
I can't thank the Brandon, Jacob and Caitlyn enough at ATI Kent. I had a full hip replacement and started the PT the week after. Brandon was great getting me started and working slowly to build my strength back. They were encouraging throughout! The App they have was great as it allowed me to continue with the exercise at home and had videos to show the correct way, in case I forgot.
