I had hip surgery two years apart and went to ATI Mill Creek for both. Great Therapists and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The physical therapists are fine, but the company will bill you weeks later. The disorganization is going to drive you nuts. I was sent a text 10 days ago that I owed $45. My phone filters out text messages and this was from a new number that I didn't have saved so I didn't see it right away. I called them up to confirm just in case it was them who sent it. I went to this clinic 4 or 5 times. Richard is a very good therapist. My last appointment was with Thomas; that day he was very serious and not very empathetic with me. He gave me very strenuous exercises and was rough with me. I went home that day in more pain. I switched clinics hoping to find people who are more empathetic with their patients.
