I recommend this place 100%. They’re so PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, KIND and VERY FUNNY. I really enjoyed all the time I spent in each session; and of curse they helped me with my lower back pain. Thank you ATI physical therapy staff for all your time, help, patience and work. Hopefully I don’t have to see you guys again. In a good way tho!
Today was a perfect day at ATI. Not only did I get the attention i deserved but I also did much better.
EXCELLENT PT John S. and Kunal S. are so fun and they make the class worth going to!! I had reconstructive surgery and had to learn how to walk again and they got me back right!!
Pros - Courteous staff at the Fox Valley location. The therapist who saw me was good and professional. Cons - The billing is so brutal it made me wish I never went there. Lots of hidden charges, which made my portion of the bill (after insurance paid), higher than if I had gone the self-pay route. Plus they charged me for some app which I never once used and I'm not even sure what the app is for. Working with their billing department is like pulling teeth.
