ATI in New Castle was a very good experience for me. I've had a lot of PT elsewhere, and find it was generally very much a "cookie cutter" experience. Not here. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, and attentive to my personal goals. Radhika was my main PT, but really, all of them were very helpful.Ā

Physical trainer Marge Taylor "PHD" is definitely a game changer at your Aiken SC facility. She has not only gone out of her way to explain in detail the physical aspect of my injury, but seems to take a personal interest in everything I do to recover from my injury, and definitely has a plan to get me there. I got discharged shortly after I started because I missed two appointments in a row, except that I did not. The day of the first of these appointments, I realized I had booked a doctor's appointment at the same time as my appointment at ATI. When I realized this, I called into their call center that day to cancel. Now normally, you're supposed to call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment, otherwise it's astrike.
