ATI staff has been helpful and efficient in establishing and helping with my PT exercises. Summer has been friendly and helpful, in their West Springfield office.
This ATI specific location has a very knowledgeable,respectful and friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable and confident on the process which actually helps during the process. I had knee surgery and been out of work for couple months and now I can say I feel the change,I fully recommend this ATI location on West Springfield.
Frozen shoulder takes quite a while to work out. They are professional and have different exercises for go further progress. Hoping I will have full use of right arm after this round of exercises. I look forward to each visit.
They have done a great job. Nicole is very professional and knowledgeable. I am sure with ATIs help I will be as good as new.
