I have found everyone here to be professional and helpful. My original therapist moved on to another location, but my transition to a new therapist went fine. My only criticism of this location is the size of the facility. It’s on the small size, and so if you end up there at a popular time, there may be as many as 4-5 other patients being treated at the same time. Taylor Sullivan was assigned to me and was able to develop a simple exercise program to help correct a condition that my doctors had not or could not address. It’s early days yet, but I am already feeling more self-confident In my posture and enjoying working muscles, I didn’t know I had. And this is coming from a foreign gum: exercise addict! I’m going to the small, clean facility in Framingham.
I’ve worked with Taylor and Katie, both are exceptional therapists. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They really go the extra mile to help you feel comfortable.
