I have called multiple times attempting to schedule an appointment and instead of telling me all the information I need to schedule they give me portions of what is needed. I called multiple locations and it was the same issue, and unfortunately, the representatives I've spoken with have not been able to provide accurate or helpful information. I am still needing to schedule and appointment.
