I called and scheduled an appointment, only to find out that they are not an in network provider. My bill would have been very expensive had I gone in for therapy. Thank God I called my insurance company to inquire. Crazy. ATI should have made this known when they collected all of my private information, including health insurance info.
I have been going here for two knee surgeries. I love the attention and dedication they prescribe. Terrence and Joe have been awesome. Reccomend to anyone.
Good therapists but dealing with billing/claims is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST. They falsely advertise with my insurance company to bill at a lower tier rate, but do not abide by that advertisement. They bill at the higher tier rate and do not listen to your concerns; instead they try to provide you with irrelevant mumbo jumbo (either to frighten you or they are assuming the consumer is uninformed) to justify their billing.
