The therapist are great. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They keep you motivated and challenged.
This is a big national company and they seem focused on volume, maximum patients per hour, and maximizing the business/income of PT, rather than focusing on individual, personalized, “one on one” care. They have a team approach, which has many negatives associated with it, in my experience of being there several times. To be fair, they seem like very good people, and their lead person is a PHD man who has great skill and a wonderful demeanor.
