Didn't inform me that my insurance was out of network until after several visits. Assured me I would only be required to pay for the first couple sessions but then proceeded to send bills for the entire mess anyway. Have attempted numerous times to get in contact with the specific office that caused this problem but the phone number given is for all ATI offices in the area which is zero help. I have enjoyed going to ATI because I get a really good workout. I especially like my trainer Francisco. He is so attentive and can multitask a lot of customers also without one feeling like you have been forgotten. He is so friendly with everyone that walks in. I love the way he greets everyone that walks in. He is truly a 5 star trainer.
