Unreal. As a guy who played amateur sports way too competitively over the years I’m pretty familiar with soft tissue work. I had a few issues for my appointment, mainly focus being a back spasm issue, but also tight hip flexor and ongoing rotator cuff issues. Sylvia was phenomenal. I couldn’t quite believe how much better I felt when getting off the table. Huge improvement. I was astonished.
