Very friendly people, nice service
Online banking does not allow you to turn off your atm debit card on there site. So if you loose or miss place your card you have to call a hired side company. Pathetic
Tellers and managers are always courteous and very helpful. I love it. A piece of advice to those that have negativity towards any place they go to, and that is change your attitude and all that you will receive is great service.
The worst 5 experiences I've ever had with any bank have all been with this bank. If they have any opportunity to charge you a million fees, they'll take it. Low quality, low morals institution. It's an absolute miracle they have retained even a single customer, you'd be better off with a shoebox in your backyard.
