I was very satisfied with the care I received today. I’m typically very anxious regarding dental visits, this time, however I felt a little less so, due in no small part to the excellent staff who work there.
As usual everything went as planned. Very professional atmosphere. I feel Dr Liang (my apologies if not spelled correctly!) and Emily make a great team being sure I was comfortable in every way.
Dr. Matthews is very kind, professional, and thorough with diagnostics and laying out a treatment plan. The dentist is no one's favorite place to go, but the friendly front desk staff and the gentle and efficient dental assistants make the visit a lot more bearable. The dentist and his assistant were both personable and kept the mood light and calm by explaining everything they were going to do and asking if I was okay each step of the process.
