I spent several months going through physical therapy and can't recommend Movement for Life more highly. The therapists I worked with listened to my concerns and developed an effective course of action to mitigate and in some cases, eliminate the issues I'd been dealing with. They also developed a series of exercises that I could do at home to help in the healing process. These providers explain WHY you are doing the exercises...ie: how the muscles involved respond & how that process will have an improving effect on the patient's body; you are not left un-attended to "work" on your own...they give directions & correct your form if needed.
Movement for Life Physical Therapy is excellent. NO wasted time, totally efficient, each session builds from the previous session. I can see improvement in 3 sessions and have a large list of exercises I can repeat at home without equipment. Excellent experience.
I had a VERY beneficial experience with the staff at Movement for Life!!!! After a referral from my doctor for an achy hip with limited movement, they were able to help me me rediscover the muscles I should have been using to throw my kicks in karate. I am 68 years old and they got me through my first Kenpo black belt test! I am so very grateful, and now I need to keep up the exercises and stretches that have brought me the relief! Thank you Kristy, Anna, Noemi, and Diane!!!!
