Good gym Heaps of equipment Yes the equipment is on the old side but for the extremely reasonable membership price, who’s complaining. Nice n friendly staff too

Such an amazing gym! The very best that gyms of yesteryear had to offer; amazing equipment that's super smooth, easy to use and has been tried,tested and proven. A great community feel, where patrons are friendly, helpful and there to train hard — not sitting around on equipment with their faces glued to their phones. Immaculately clean, with dumbbells, barbells, weight plates and handles/bars all in their racks and in proper order. I was charged a late fee despite organising payment the day before it was due, I was informed that as a 3rd party handles payments there was nothing they could do regarding this overcharge. This is incredulous to believe and shows how dishonest management are. In addition to the above; the men's bathrooms are frequently covered in urine and the facilities are rarely cleaned.

God know how many hours I spend at this gym. Single handed the best gym in Melbourne. Yes is old, yes the equipment are old. Old means nothing, those lm cyber incline bench press is legendary, and the piñata shoulder press is insanely good. It is an old school gym with outstanding variety of equipments. Atmosphere is amazing, everybody here is just here to train. No teenagers mocking around. All this thanks to Mr Graeme Lancefield. He will coach you a bit on a good day.
