The therapists at Athletico have been so friendly and attentive to me and what I need to get better. What really impressed me is that they really care about me and answered any questions that I had. Lastly I picked this place again (second time:)) because of the happy vibe of the whole place. A big Thank You to All the staff at Athletico in West Des Moines!
The West Des Moines athletico has an amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Alex was especially helpful. He explained all the exercises and gave me the bands I could use at home. He also listened to what I was saying. Also they have time slots in the evening on some days.
I worked with Alec on my foot and ankle. He was a very nice guy, and super informative. He had good exercises and helped me to feel confident on the soccer field again. I recommend Athletico to anyone with persistent injuries/pain.
Physical Therapy really helped to alleviate the pain. My Therapist Megan was awesome!
Very friendly staff. Mainly worked with B who gave me a number of exercises and tips to help with some shoulder and arm pain I was dealing with. Also worked briefly with other staff who were very kind. Would recommend.
