I highly recommend Athletico St. Charles East Clinic! Jeff and the entire PT team are fantastic—professional, warm, and very welcoming. I’ve been working through a rotator cuff tear, and I truly credit much of my progress to Jeff. He is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! For any of your physical therapy needs, I highly recommend requesting Jeff and his team! I drive 35-40 minutes to his clinic and well worth my drive!
I came to Athletico because of my ACL tear,, and from my first day, Dan, Jeff, and Kris as well as the rest of the team were all really supportive and welcoming! If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your recovery, this is it!

There was a time a few years ago when I didn't really understand what physical therapists did because I had never gone to them before. If I had some injury, I would end up pushing to much into the pain when I shouldn't or not pushing enough when I should – leading to reinjury and things never getting better. But the the folks at Athletic have been so helpful. I'm SO grateful!
