Tom, is doing a wonderful job, each visit, he adds newer Exercises, with each one he explains, what the exercise involves, and what it will do, when treating the knee
Love this place! I looked forward to going each week because everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable! I worked with Seth and started six weeks after major abdominal surgery. I needed to ease into abdominal movements prior to heading back to the gym. Mainly, I was scared, but Seth helped calm my brain and put me at ease so that I can move forward again! Thank you, I now feel great! ♀️♀️♀️
I did a couple of new things today. I've been having trouble with the one step into my home. I can do it but it's difficult. Tom had me try the steps today to see if I could climb a short flight. To my surprise, I did it - up and back down. It's not something I want to attempt every day at this point. However, it opens my world. I know I have a ways to go, but I am improving and gaining strength. Thank you.
