Alanna and Alyssa are the best!!! The guys are good too but we love Mondays and Wednesdays!
For starters, the Roseville location is exceptionally clean. The equipment is always clean and wiped down by the staff. You also have the option to wipe the equipment yourself before using. When I started working with Alanna, I could not sit and had a difficult time walking. I was in chronic pain.The exercises I was given and taught to do have truly healed me.
