Two weeks ago: I have been having an insurance billing issue with this facility that is completely out of my control or fault. The insurance company agrees with me and gave me a reference number and advised me to have the facility refile, they refused. Athletico told me insurance would have to contact their office. I contacted insurance with this information and they then contacted Athletico. Athletico STILL refuses to refile this claim even though insurance has told them they will pay it if refiled. Very friendly staff. Brandon is working hard to get me mobile after my recent knee surgery.
