I Have just finished therapy at the Prospect Heights Athletico. I have found the facility to be very clean and professional. Terrance ( my therapist) is fantastic. He took the time to explained the reasons for the exercises and made sure I felt safe doing them. I was Checked on every time about where I was functioning at, so we could move forward or slow down as needed. I had a great experience at this Athletico after my total knee replacement. The staff were great to work with. Jessica brings positive energy to the front desk and her upbeat style is a pleasure to work with. The aides were attentive and always willing to help. Terence was my therapist and he was outstanding. He clearly knows his stuff and was patient and willing to answer my questions and help me address the issues that I felt were important in my recovery. I highly recommend Terrence at the Prospect Heights location. He helped me so much with my foot and Achilles pain, and I saw great improvement. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and easy to work with. The office staff is great too-very friendly and helpful.

Waking up with vertigo was one of the scariest things I can remember. Being treated by Terrence was an absolute godsend. He quickly determined what treatment to administer and in a matter of minutes I was free of the spins. Terrence is affable and professional.
