The staff at Athletico - Prospect Hts were amazing! Very friendly group, from the therapists to the interns to the front office personel - a terrific place. Very professional, pleasant and clean environment. Equipment was kept clean and santized betwwen patient use. Terrence was easy to work with, very social, engaging, attentive, answered all of my questions and concerns and most of all, got me back together. I can’t say enough positive things about this Athletico office in Prospect Heights. I have worked with Terrence off and on for almost 20 years. He is an excellent physical therapist as well as a genuinely kind and empathetic man. His office is staffed with enthusiastic PT assistants and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Athletico office with Terrence at the helm.
Several weeks ago I completed 6 weeks of PT with Terrence and several PT aides assisting. I was able to improve my neck flexibility and reduce arthritic pain with their guidance. Receptionist Jessica was always friendly, outgoing, and cheery and I felt I was "family." I had physical therapy at this Athletico in 2018 for a different issue and I did not hesitate to choose this Athletico location this year. I recommend this facility without hesitation.
I had great treatment and care at this Athletico. Thank you Terrence and team!
