Heather, Ethan, Erica and Shamsheer were absolutely amazing support during my 12 weeks of PT after my ankle surgery. Highly recommend!

Amazing physical therapists. Erica and Heather have helped me rehabilitate. They are so knowledgeable and are able always to determine the issue and assign targeted exercises.
Highly recommend the team at the Paddock Lake Athletico. Just completed a 6-week program for recover from hip replacement and tendon repair surgery and they brought me a long way plus provided me with home exercises to get me to full strength. Very attentive, thoughtful and keep things moving. Erika, Heather, Cathy and the new assistant were all terrific!
