I am a 73 year-old male and what I would call pretty damn good condition. I’ve worked with Mike Stout, at the 9544 Antioch in Overland Park, Ks. I call him Gareth and he has been remarkable with me. He doesn’t push me past my limits, but he does push me to the point I can feel it. as a result of seeing him for the past month, I’m feeling much better. I have less back pain and by God, I can bend down and pick something off the floor which I haven’t done in a long time!!
My husband had PT here when he had knee surgery, so I decided I'd also go here for help with my shoulder injury. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I'll come in with 2-4 pain levels and leave at a 0 and feel good the rest of the day. It's amazing to see how fast my range of motion is returning and how much easier it gets with each session. Alicia is amazing at what she does, and she's a great conversationalist.
Garreth is awesome! He challenges you within an appropriate boundaries. His personality makes the one hour of visits fun. I would highly recommend the 95th and Antioch, AthletiCo location and especially This physical therapist
