Bailey was & is amazing! I have always been a workout person. I had back fusion surgery in March. My surgeon sent me to Bailey at Athletico. She was patient & professional. She really helped me. On my last day, she gave me another printout of exercises & especially core that I can add to my workout. I highly recommend Bailey & was very fortunate to work with her. Sherri Richardson
I was referred here by my PCP for sciatic back issues. I was averaging a sciatic event about every 3-4 weeks. My first visit was a very comprehensive evaluation, and some light stretching and stability exercises. As I progressed thru the subsequent 7 visits, I could feel significant improvement in my hips, back and spine. My flexibility improved and most of the tightness in my hips was gone.
