Athletico was exactly what I was looking for. I have issues with my hip and both Josh and Lilly listened to my concerns and developed a program to help me build core strength. With their help I will be able to avoid injections and hip replacement for an extended period. I was also impressed with the PT student and his eagerness to learn. Caitlin at the front desk was very accommodating with my appointments. I highly recommend Athletico.
Good see Joshua Joshson , at Atletico on 1001 W Memorial Rd . Highly reccomand him . He's very detailed and intentional on helping you to understand what's needed to give you the best way to recover , and encourages you to be patient through your recovery .
Joshua and his team are taking great care of me! The environment is clean, quiet, and organized. As soon as I arrive, I'm given a warm pack to warm up my muscles before I begin. It's obvious Joshua has given thought to my treatment as he is advancing me through exercises that are strengthening my shoulder. He is quick to explain mechanics, reasoning, and goals. Went to Athletico and worked with Josh after my recent knee replacement. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Athletico. I have gone to several places for physical therapy in the past and by far, this was the most outstanding and comprehensive. Josh and Caitlin were professional, courteous and caring. I highly recommend!
