Enjoyed my time. Frank is a wealth of knowledge. His team are wonderful. They all need a raise.
I enjoy coming to the North Chicago facility. The staff is ever so polite. When I come and feeling down, I can rely on the to cheer me up. And when I'm under the weather, they come to my aid with hot tea. Miriam is such a pleasure to work with. She really helps me to make sure my schedule for PT doesn't conflict with my dialysis or other appointments I may have.
