We notified Athletico in January that insurance was active and again later that month about secondary coverage. The front desk confirmed they would rebill, but they never did. For months we were told “don’t worry, billing is figuring it out.” Instead, the bill kept changing from what should have been around $400 to more than $800, with no explanation and no response to emails. I started having vertigo suddenly in Feb and after a call from my doc, Zach was able to see me the same day. I was miserable and he had me do the Epley maneuver which helped immediately. We worked together on a program that included Epleys for several months to get my balance back and consistent. All the while I was getting tests done to see where the dizziness was coming from. I just completed 9-1/2 weeks of physical therapy after a total knee replacement. After going here 3 times a week for this long I felt like I was leaving friends behind as I left. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind, ready to explain muscle functions and reasons why I was experiencing different things as I worked to regain my range of motion (very important!) and strength after this type of surgery.
