I must admit that I seldom leave reviews, good or bad, but I feel obligated to do so after my six month experience with the staff at Gateway Athletico Physical Therapy. After a year of suffering from a gradual increase in sciatica nerve pain I began bi-weekly therapy sessions at this Athletico facility. Armando has been nothing short of an angel!! He listens to me and takes time to go at my pace. The environment is welcoming and friendly.
We notified Athletico in January that insurance was active and again later that month about secondary coverage. The front desk confirmed they would rebill, but they never did. For months we were told “don’t worry, billing is figuring it out.” Instead, the bill kept changing from what should have been around $400 to more than $800, with no explanation and no response to emails. Donovan and his entire staff are wonderful to work with.They're all very professional and personable.
I started having vertigo suddenly in Feb and after a call from my doc, Zach was able to see me the same day. I was miserable and he had me do the Epley maneuver which helped immediately. We worked together on a program that included Epleys for several months to get my balance back and consistent. All the while I was getting tests done to see where the dizziness was coming from.
