My concern is the lack of support I’ve received; despite contacting your company on 5 times, nothing has been done to address my concerns or reach a resolution that makes me feel valued as a customer. I must admit that I seldom leave reviews, good or bad, but I feel obligated to do so after my six month experience with the staff at Gateway Athletico Physical Therapy. After a year of suffering from a gradual increase in sciatica nerve pain I began bi-weekly therapy sessions at this Athletico facility. Armando has been nothing short of an angel!! He listens to me and takes time to go at my pace. The environment is welcoming and friendly.
We notified Athletico in January that insurance was active and again later that month about secondary coverage. The front desk confirmed they would rebill, but they never did. For months we were told “don’t worry, billing is figuring it out.” Instead, the bill kept changing from what should have been around $400 to more than $800, with no explanation and no response to emails.
