I came in skeptical in receiving any form of therapy considering my past experience with another office. Athletico offers a (free) app to help track progress, list of exercises assigned by your therapist, goals, helpful videos, and other helpful resources. I cant rave enough about Athletico in east mesa. After returning from overseas trip I went into the ER & found out I had bulging disks & that was the reason for my lower extremities were tingling & feeling numbness. I was given a script for PT so after getting back home I looked up near by places & what my insurance had listed. Here is where I found Athletico.
