I came into Athletico for walking/balance issues. My therapist, Michael took the time to develop a plan and explain things to me. He adjusted my plan as I progressed. Within 4 weeks, my walking/stamina improved! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend McHenry Athletico! Michael and Josh are the BEST!!!!! GO BEARS!!!!!!!!
I started seeing Michael before my 2 bulged discs got so severe I couldn’t walk. I had to wait to get my epidural steroid, then we started working hard on having a plan for my back health. He has been my number one cheerleader since day 1! Thankful I chose Athletico Mchenry for my PT. I went from bedridden to progressing to sitting up straight during leg lifts, walking and cycling again. Our goals are aligned and plan to have full mobility over time. The McHenry Athletico team is fantastic! The physical therapists, assistants & office staff are all very professional, pleasant and go the extra mile for the patients. My physical therapist, Sarah, was very detail oriented & diligent in helping me to achieve much more than I had hoped for in my back surgery recovery. Tiffany & Josh were the assistants that helped me & they were extremely attentive & helpful as well. I highly recommend this entire Athletico team!
