Jacquelyn was amazing with me and my physical therapy from shoulder surgery. She is so friendly, nice and professional!! I would definitely come there again in the future if needed. Sara, Anthony and Alexa were awesome too! Although I'm done with my therapy there I do miss them.
When you walk in they greet you, the staff is wonderful. I cannot complain. They always ask did the treatment help or could I do something different? I always recommend them tell people about them on Richmond in McHenry
10/10 if I could. Megan, Jordan, Sarah, Jacquelyn, Debby, & Anthony were very easy to talk to and helped make the place an inviting atmosphere while trying to get healthy again.
The best staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon has been managing this location for many years and has an excellent team. Jacquelyn Is the best very kind, knowledgeable, and will fix you up real fast. I have been here a few times and would recommend everyone use this team.
Everyone here is extremely nice. From the minute you walk in, till you leave, everyone has a smile and friendly. They all care about your health and you getting better than before! Highly recommend Maegan, but everyone is awesome and knowledgeable too!
