Great PT facility. Everyone is super friendly and good at what they do. My grandson had a great session.
Staff and Trainers are awesome but the billing dept beware! Make sure they bill the right insurance, especially if you are a Disabled Veteran and a fully retired service member. They billed Tricare instead of the VA so I had to pay the copays for my service connected disabilities that the VA is supposed to cover. it's a mess now. I called the office to see if they could call their corporate office to kind of help in the process of getting things smoothed out but they told me that was up to me. PT for shoulder/neck pain. This place is amazing! Cherie is so knowledgeable and her treatment relieved the pain even after first visit and significantly reduced after three visits. I can’t say enough great things about her! Whole staff is very friendly. Highly recommend the Athletico!!!
