I couldn't have chosen a better location or physical therapist after my broken knee cap. Han is SO knowledgeable and her intern Kaylee was great and fun to work with. I never felt neglected. Their focus was always on me. They pushed me but my doctor can't believe how well I did and it was all them. Stephanie at the front desk really words to make the viists convenient too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I worked with these people for 46 sessions on my both my knee replacements Ammi the manager was tough but very prepared everyday with instruction and information on how to get better.I could not be any more pleased with my 2 new knees and Ammi and these folks had a lot to do with it.If you are injured this is the place to rehab a great staff.
I just completed my second round of going to Athletico in Lincolnwood. First time around, for my back, and second time, my foot. Ami Shah was my PT, and JP and Lucas were the assistants who helped me. This "team" was attentive, informative and caring. And the care didn't stop with them, but extended to the other personnel who I have dealt with, including George, Han and Stephanie. They are a friendly, knowledgeable group of professionals, and I highly recommend them. Dale Matten
