If you need Physical Therapy of any kind then I recommend Athletico in Lake St. Louis. I walked in the place 6 weeks ago like a slow walking old lady and today I walked out with my chin held high. I not only can touch my toes but the floor. I exceeded in every exercise for my back beyond expectation. I have gone from 10 reps . on each exercise to 30 each. No more pain.
