I can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for the help I received from John and Cina and there entire staff ... They helped me through my physical therapy and explained everything they were having me do and when something was alittle too much for me they came up with another way to stretch me... Had a great experience at Athletico South. ALL the staff were helpful and amazing. They were always patient with any and all questions I had and trust me I always had questions. They worked me hard and got me back where I wanted to be. The therapists were knowledgeable and explained what I was doing and why. They really took time to understand my pain and dove in to find the best exercises that helped strengthen what needed to be worked on to help me recover from my surgery. THANK YOU SO MUCH Athletico South.
What a great place to treat physical therapy! 0 complaints! The entire staff was super welcoming and really friendly. I never felt a more calming and welcoming environment like this before. All questions were answered and I was guided through the whole process. Highly recommended for anyone out there trying to build some core muscles and learn healthy joint movements.
I was very hesitant to go to physical therapy for the first time and it could not have been a better experience. John and Cina both did a great job of listening to what problems I was experiencing and gave me a great workout routine to quickly improve. Each of them consistently pushed me to work to the point where I was feeling much better within two weeks. Once I was pain free I was able to start building up muscle and adding flexibility. My experience with Athletico was excellent and my physical therapist John helped my knee injury to recovery and help with pain control. They have worked with me during the winter of 2024 to 2025. The clinic is very clean and all the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable and professional. I would not go any other place for physical therapy.
