I went to Athletico Wilmette for chronic issues with my hamstrings/hip flexors and shoulder. I had been dealing with pain for months and thought I’d probably have to give up tennis. They quickly localized the problems and gave me targeted exercises to address them. 4 weeks later, I’m pain free and playing tennis all out again. Grace and Claire were fantastic!
I recommend Athletico on Green Bay Road in Kenilworth to anyone needing physical therapy. When I first went there I could barely walk. Now I walk my dog every day and play golf! Claire, Adam, and Grace are wonderful therapists. Claire has helped me with problems associated with deteriorating discs in my lower back and neck. I’m free from pain. I cannot thank her enough!
